At Heatherton Christian College we encourage our Year 12 students to develop leadership skills and set an example for our junior students. At the VCE camp in February we emphasised the importance of developing all aspects of a rounded character including physical, emotional, academic and spiritual growth. Throughout 2010, VCE students will be encouraged to run their own extracurricular activities amongst the junior classes.

2010 will prove to be a challenging, but also rewarding year. I look forward to working with my students not only in their core subject of English, but also as the Year level coordinator.
