About Year 8, 2010

In Year 8, we continue to build on the successful foundations laid in Year 7 and Primary school. Students are encouraged to do their best in their academic work and in the development of their unique talents and Godly character.

In year 8 we aspire to see students:

  • Continuing the development of good habits in classroom study,
  • Organising their time effectively and completing all work and homework on time and to a high quality,
  • Developing strong and supportive relationships with their teachers and peers.
  • Increasing their effectiveness in being able to work positively with others,
  • Involving themselves in all areas of school life and,
  • Developing their personal faith and an understanding of being a part of a Christian Community

A wide range of activities and opportunities are available to them to assist in their journey through adolescence and building of Godly character. These include;
